I just wanted to let you know about how happy I am since I began using the new PPSC Gold Membership Program through AmerisourceBergen. I was very impressed with the savings in cost of goods and the rebates, but the service that I have received has been exceptional. In the old days, leaving a wholesaler was like getting a divorce. Thankfully, this conversion has been almost effortless. Once my staff became familiar with " i-Echo" software, we were on the way. My representative has either been available by phone whenever we needed questions answered or has been in the pharmacy (at least every other day for the last two weeks) just to make sure we had all that we needed. Customer service at AmerisourceBergen is helpful and efficient. Whenever we have had any questions for PPSC, your staff had been most helpful and thorough.

I dreaded moving to another wholesaler because of all the anticipated "problems". But I must tell you that the "problems" were minimal and my new pricing is the best I have found (And I really looked hard for better deals). The rebates on generic purchases and name brand purchases are easy to track and amount to a much greater deal than I had before. The auto substitution on generic purchases makes ordering a "no-brainer". Of special note is the fact that AmerisourceBergen has an incredible medical equipment department. Their catalogue makes ordering very easy. There is even a CD with pictures we can print or e-mail to potential customers- what an advantage!
